This is a postcard I have from Albert to Freda Baker (Glaubitz) Albert's neice who lived in Missouri at the time. It is from Starbuck, Minnesota where I believe he was visiting his brother, August. It is dated June 27, 1930. The postage is .01 cent. The language is Suetterlin, also referred to as high German. I provide a link on the side of the page you can visit. Does anyone know about this high school?

In an attempt to get some Glaubitz family information in one place, we are beginning this blog. We will try to put post entry pages under the name of the family branch it concerns (hence, the family tree): Albert, August, Bruno, Emmanuel or their sons & daughter's name. Simply scroll down this blog page and click in the "Blog Pages By Name" of your interest. If you have photos or other information you wish to share, please leave a comment with your email address. There are many facts to nail down; photos to scan and I know a little more about some relatives than others. Thank you for your patience. Below is a link to a Suetterlin language site.
